We ship Australia-wide from our studio in Tuggerawong, NSW.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.
Australian shipping
- Standard shipping: $12 flat rate (3–7 business days)
- Express shipping: $20 flat rate (1–3 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120
International shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand on request. Please contact helen@helenshub.online for a quote before placing your order.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, get in touch and we'll work with the carrier to track it down.
