Plans change. Here's how cancellations work at Helens Hub.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Email helen@helenshub.online as soon as possible with your order number.
Once dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You're welcome to return it under our Refund Policy once it arrives.
Custom orders
Custom and personalised pieces can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. After that, work has typically begun and cancellation isn't possible.
