We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.
Change of mind
You may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days at helen@helenshub.online with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
